The Grain Store represents a successful blend of heritage elements with contemporary architecture.
Positioned at 1-7 Colebrook Street in a former industrial area of Brunswick, this bluestone building had been a grain store and was listed on the Victorian Heritage Register. Working in close cooperation with Moreland City Council and Heritage Victoria, we were able to respectfully transform this iconic 3,000sqm site to a collection of modern townhouses.
This exclusive community is now home to 18 three-bedroom townhouses and four two-bedroom townhouses, with several heritage features maintained and celebrated throughout the design.
